Texas Coastal Academy Boat Donation Program

Texas Coastal Academy (TCA) is a nonprofit dedicated to preparing the next generation of skilled professionals for the Gulf Coast’s growing maritime industry. Our Boat Donation Program gives individuals and businesses the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a unique and meaningful way.

When you donate a vessel to TCA, it will be put to work in one of two ways:

  • Hands-On Training: Donated boats are repaired, restored, and used directly by students for hands-on learning. This real-world experience introduces participants to high-paying, high-demand jobs in our local community.

  • School Funding: Vessels that are not used for training are carefully repaired and sold, with 100% of proceeds reinvested into funding programs, equipment, and student scholarships.
